Old Lady's Churro


Step 1
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine water, 2 1/2 tablespoons sugar, salt and 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Stir in flour until mixture forms a ball.
Step 2
Heat oil for frying in a deep fryer or deep pot to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Pipe 5- to 6-inch strips of dough into the hot oil using a sturdy pastry bag fitted with a medium star tip. Do not overcrowd the oil. Fry until golden; drain on paper towels.
Step 3
Combine 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon. Roll drained churros in cinnamon and sugar mixture.

MIT Mocktail
Place lime, mint and sweetener in a glass.
Muddle for about 1 minute to release the lime juices and the flavour from the mint.

Add non alcoholic rum (if using).
Top with sparkling water and ice.
Garnish with slices of lime and serve.

Step 1 Roast the vegetables
Heat a pan and roast paneer till it is golden brown. Then, add cauliflower, onion, carrots, green beans, salt, pepper and saute them for a few minutes on high flame. Then add tomato and corn and saute till all vegetables are done.

Step 2 Prepare the chilli garlic sauce
Place a pan over low heat, add garlic and saute until it is light brown. Add chopped vegetables like onion, carrot, green beans, green chilli, tomato puree, sugar, salt.
Step 3 Assemble the sizzler
Heat the sizzler pan and grease it with butter. Line the pan with cabbage leaves while it heats over low heat. Arrange paneer and roasted vegetables. Then, pour the chilli garlic sauce over it.
